• Where is the store based?

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• Do Alpha graphic sheets count as one prince?

  They sure do! You will receive two (2) sheets containing the entire alphabet when you purchase any alphas.

• Do you accept custom orders?

  We sure do! If you would like a custom order, please send us an email, and we will create a listing for you in our store.

• Are the samples of the graphics available for purchase?

  They sure are! Send us an email if you are interested in any of our samples.

• Do you accept returns or exchanges?

  Due to the customization of our graphics and the fact that we make our jewelry and other items on an "as ordered" basis, we do not normally take returns or exchanges. However, should you have any issues with an item, please email us. We work hard to accommodate our patrons!

• How will I receivce my graphic purchase?

  Your graphic purchase will be emailed to the email address attached to your Storenvy account.

• How will I receive tangible purchases?

  Your tangible purchased items will be mailed via USPS to the address provided on your Storenvy account.

• What are your shipping rates?

  Digital items will be sent electronically free of charge. Tangible items will be accessed a shipping fee of $4.50 for the first item and $1.50 for each additional item for Domestic shipping. international patrons will pay $7.50 for the first item and $5.00 for each additional item.

• What is Storenvy?

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

  The Storenvy checkout process is powered by both Stripe and PayPal, two of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
